Hi, yes I know what you're saying. I don't have enough of an understanding of it either, it's just my instinct to think that increased permeability is not a good thing. Plus I think it would probably be difficult to control.
I know heat increases permeability....that's probably partly why saunas help, though of course you need to sweat too!
Glad to hear you're noticing some improvements esp with regard to social confidence :-) Yes I think you're right, though for some there will be dramatic improvements after rounds, for most it's probably a slow change.
I've just finished another round...had some -ves like thinking probs and also dizziness....just minor and momentary but there all the same. There seemed to be some +ve effects but so subtle sometimes I could hardly notice! I ran out of probiotics recently and feel I really need them as my digestion is worse. I used a low dose of ALA (12.5mg) but decided to risk taking just DMSA for my last 2 doses yesterday evening. I actually woke up feeling better than I had the previous few mornings. Could be just coincidence or the fact that I didn't have to be woken up at 3am for my nighttime dose! :)
