Going great! I get the black slimy poops anytime the bowels work after about the first few days into a fast. I think it's old stuff on the lining of the bowels that is shaken loose by the movements of the empty colon. I've never done anything to assist it though, it just happens when the body needs it to. As for the oily stuff, I think it is just the water the body uses to make the bowel action happen mixed with that lovely stuff. It would be interesting to analyse it I guess if I knew what I was even looking at under a microscope. Maybe I'll do it one day.
I've read Shelton saying that his patient's pulses have gone down as low as 30bpm temporarily but they usually level out around 60bpm during a fast. I'd think yours being a bit lower is because of your fitness level compared to the norm.
