DAY 7
Today was a good day. ..Just when I thought the day was great. He text me “This is for my son love you, miss you see you soon”. And he also texts me a picture of him and son?

What is texting me a picture of him and son about? Any suggestions would like to know more about what an abuser uses to keep a victim as victim and why? Any articles or educational references anyone knows of that I can read and study so that I don’t fall for what he throws at me.

I know not to focus my energy on him and believe me I am trying > But I have also recognized that there is a pattern and cycle that I am stuck in and would like to identify on the triggers?
