Hi all

yesterday noon I was travelling with my car and smoked a cigarette.I opened the window a little to let the car be ventilated.I didn't mind the -1 degrees C outside though. 2 hours later I got a terrible headache that lasted until a.m. At night I painted my feet with Lugol's and got to sleep.At 3 a.m. I woke up due to terrible headache again. Fortunately I thought "why not paint my head with Lugol's?". So I put 4 drops on my forehead and 4 more at the back of my neck.

In a mateer of 10 mins my headache was gone totally and was able to sleep again.Yes, no painkillers, no meds.Just plain Iodine and that terrible pain was eliminated.
