It's great that you were able to release it so quickly on your own. That's because you're more in touch with your feelings that many.

Many would prefer to feel bad and be right, than release the feelings and feel good.

Imagine what you felt, add on more layers of that and hold on to that a couple of years - that's what chronic back pain is.
