Thanks Maya - I was just discussing this with a friend yesterday who also started getting into LOA. She asked me, what to do when a friend is in despair. I knew being empathic was not good since it lowers your own vibration and really doesnt help the other person much if at all either. So, compassion and love is the way to go.
Now, how do you communicate this to the person who is sad/upset etc without saying "Im sorry" and things like that or just blowing it off like "oh, everything will be just fine, just behappy" which is too different from their emotional state of mind and wont work. It would make you seem like you dont care at all.
I know that it is about gently raising their vibration, but HOW do you do this, what do you say to make it an uplifting experience for the other and at the same time keep your own alignment??
