well -- there is more than one facet to any jewel, isn't there? And sometimes turning language upside down shakes out its pockets! It honestly seems to me that you do not want to hear others' input. I mean "hear" as in *letting in* -- a certain allowing of the new, which I think was one of the implications of Hay's. That's okay. I'm not blaming you for that -- just observing.
