But I read some nonsense that in Latin American countries the women were paying ( or their families) to have the hymen resewed back in the cervix- slippery at best

I believe some sort of animal skin was used- if it is to be believed at all

Maybe a better idea would be to take the circumsized foreskin from a male (I guess it would have to be an adult male tho- not too many of those) and create a hymen with that
