I believe it. I have three kids all raised on well water and never had fluoride treatments. They never got cavities. I think since they have been adults they have had 2 cavities between the three of them. A few places you can get soap formulated for tooth brushing is Rose of Sharon Acres, Soap for Goodness Sake and A Wild Soap Bar.
