PLEASE help with hiv, mms, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar. DESPARATE

hi:) i am basically searching and hoping for some help, insite, experiences. i was recently diagnosed with hiv in the advanced stages, i have had 2 boyfriends my whole life, i am a girl must have gotten it from 1st boyfriend.. scared out of my mind!!!!! i bought some mms and just took my first does, 2 drops, apple cider vinegar and coconut oil. does any of this stuff really help, i really do not want to get on meds but my immune system cant seem to keep up. please help if you can i am desparte, scared and alone. can i up the mms, something? i don't have money to buy the beck device or collidal silver device. please help if you can:) much love, sara.
