I have vision improvement too, been on coconut oil for 6 weeks, and my current glasses seems too strong. So I'm wearing older glasses.

Last time I had vision improvement was during 40 day Orange juice fast, eye sight improved on day 26. But I was so hungry afterward and ate a lot of food, so my eye sight went back to the way it was in just 2 months.
