Wow, Starbrite!

Sounds like your colon is really getting cleaned out! I have taken the psyllium/bentonite before and expelled "stuff" but nothing like what you described. Do you eat plenty of fiber? Fruit, vegetables? I can't imagine the pain you are going through and I am sorry you are experiencing it. How long to you plan you taking the mixture?
