OK, so I'm trying to do Linus Pauling's vitamin C / lysine protocol.

Without going into details of the 'rebound effect', what I'm trying to find out is how close to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement I can take vitamin C.

In Jim Humble's book, there never is a clear reference to how close you can take vitamin C to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
Reading another websites, I read that the half-life of vitamin C in the blood stream is about 30 minutes.
Does this mean I can take vitamin C all the way up to 30 minutes before taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ?
(I'm not sure exactly what half-life means; is it only half strength then, or is it completely gone?).

Reading CureZone, I've come to conclude that vitamin C should not be taken until about 2 hours after having taken MMS. So that part of the mystery is solved.
Now I need to know how long I need to wait with MMS after taking a dose of vitamin C.

Any thoughts?
