Mercury blood testing

Hi everyone!
Anyone know how to interpret Mercury blood work? Did the Hair analysis:

So i wanted to do blood test as well to cover all bases.......................

The results were 18mcg/liter of mercury in my blood....................... and a short message telling me to go to toxicology department........................... Any advice?
