Just a question, not diagnosed

For the past 2 days I've been having a sharp stabbing pain in my upper abdomen. It comes and goes, yesterday it was about every 10 or 15 mins and I couldn't breathe or talk when the pain would come on and then it would slowly go away. It seems to be worse after I eat. When the pain would come, I would get chills and sweat. I hate the Dr. and I was just curious if this could be associated with Pancreatitis and if that's a ususal symptom. Sorry to bug anyone with my dumb question, but would appreciate any help.
