Explanation for Crappy Day?

I started bleeding again last night even though my month-long Augus period just ended last week (INSANE!!). So I'm wondering if what happened was a crash?
Thenl my sister died yesterday and I'd know she was headed in that direction so it could be a stress combo. Or stress could have caused the bleeding. I really don;t know.

I never made it to the hormone doc because I simply couldn't afford it when the time came and my insurance doesn't cover that stuff. I'm wonderign if I can do self tests? Still can't find a natropath. in LA.
