Before I found this site I went to www.kitchendoctor.com and that is where I found the liver/gall bladder flush recipe which did NOT include the Epsom Salts . If I had used the Epsom Salts the first time I flushed, which was after an attack I probably would have gone back to the hospital and begged them to take out the gall bladder. That is how bad the Epsom Salts affected me. I know you are going through hell now too with it, and I sure hope you can get what ever it is out of your system. Drink water, that is bound to help it on its way out faster.
