yes. I would wean myself off Isocort before undertaking your fast, but it is important to relay to us any and all symptoms whilst doing so and especially whilst fasting.
The fast will demand absolute rest if possible to conserve all of your energies.
From the mid 1800's Hygienists described Fasting as "The Rest Cure"........physically, physiologically and mentally.
