Re: Hormonal Acne - so many questions! Anyone help?

Sorry i havent checked this thread for so long but since i did i have had an ultrasound and have been told that i have a large 4cm cyst on my left ovary (which could go) but the right onehas the appearance of a polyciystic ovary.

I am so upset and the Acne jus keeps getting worse. I have to go bck to see the OBGYN next week but i know they are going to put me back on the pill (hormones) which i really dont want to do as i think it was that that has messed me up in the first place.

Please do let me know how you get on with the progersterone cream, i was going to try that months ago but was advised not to self diagnose. I have been taking mega doses of B5 for a month now with no results and have been drinking lemon and hot water and rubbing lemon on my face which also doesnt help much (on and off the lemon seems to have an effect i think my skin looks better on some days but mostly it is the same). I am at the end of my tether and sick of the person i am becoming so i need to sort this out soon or i fear i will become a hermit.

Thanks for all your replies and please do let me know if you find a natural solution for the PCOS related acne.
