Anything with the Black-Walnut , Wormwood and Cloves listed among the ingredients will be effective. I think it's just a question of convenience. I have ordered the Old Amish as it's available in the UK, so I dont have to pay VAT. I am taking clove capsules and the Walnut extract but would prefer something that has everything in. No way am I going to be able to get 3 x 3 capsules down my husband for 6 days...
