Hi - The class is not bad, but its not by Mietek Wirkus. He accompanies his wife who does all the teaching and talking and prevents him from saying anything to anyone. Also, there isn't much about healing. But then they have a second level class too. The one I took has two days of execises and meditation work, all of which is available on-line (google 'scrying' or 'mirror gazing', there's some breathwork also available on-line, feeling energy, and heart chakra meditation). Its good in that you don't have to go looking on-line to pull everything together. The class has a manual which is poorly written, but the CDs are clearer. Is this helpful?
