No my adrenaline issues havent fully resolved - I still occasionally get the night-time panics and panic attacks in general but since taking magnesium there is a massive improvement. I found that I could take large amounts of magnesium without causing myself any problems but everything else made me feel worse. Can you manage little walks? I cant walk far because I have been so sick but even just little walks help me in reducing adrenaline. Also how is your blood sugar? Try and keep that balanced if you can - eating regular snacks including protein - that can also help.
