Re: Ionic foot bath at the same time as doing a hulda clense

I was taking the footbaths already as well just every time the wter was black with little black "things" floating in it, so i guess theres a long way 2 go still with my metal detox, i am more concerned about the paracites and yeast(candida), since it apparantly is best to kill all the stuff in the digestive tract first and after the kidneys and liver, so i've heard, but i could be wrong.. peace, keep postin' :]
