You don't want to breath the ozone, so you wrap a wet towel around your neck, have the windows open, and a fan blowing the ozone that seeps through away from your face.

I think hsv-1 lives in the nerve cells near the ears. So you could always funnel that area.

There are many good machines on the market. The moderator of this forum also sells machines for a good price.

Just avoid the machines on eBay. They are mainly made in China of worthless components.

Lastly, this is a huge investment. I researched for several months before pulling the trigger. HSV was not the reason I bought one--I figured if it helped with that it would just be a little bonus. So far so good.
