dyshidrosis or dyshidrotic Eczema

so, it appears as though i have dyshidrosis. i searched the forums and i couldnt find any threads directly related to this.

does anyone have any knowledge of this condition? a good way to treat it?

i know i shouldnt use hot water on my hands, so i dont. i try to keep them covered when using chemicals (bleach, photo developer, etc...)

it's not as bad as the photos you'll find on google image search, but i don't want it to get that far.
