Hm, when i look at your pics i would say clearly FD.But it looks as if you have many scared areas on your scalp, and that´s unusual for someone who has FD for "only" nine months.I´ve FD for seven years now, and the scaring began two years ago.The leaking is also quite extreme.
To be honest, the derm´s in Germany don´t have much knowledge about this disease!
Have you tried the rifampicin/clyndamicin-cocktail?
One is an Antibiotic and the other one is a medicine for tuberculosis,both combined are used to kill the inflammation on the scalp.
