hi just reading your post you do realise that your lymph nodes swell up with HIV and aids so therefore may never go down? i personally would not pay 200 - 2000 for a machine that somebody says will help maybe wait until october and speak to a specialist in the field of lymph nodes heamotologist perhaps i think in your position i would be more concerned by the HIV than getting rid of the lymph nodes i know it sounds harsh but i just think that if that is a side effect of the condition you have then it would be the least of my worries
