I sent you an email re a chiro I found recently. He would like to contact you with a couple of questions. Anyway I injured my back about 3 weeks ago while working out at the gym. I knew when I did and should have stopped but thought I could work thru it. I WAS WRONG. For the first time in years I allowed myself to have an xray. Nothing re: the back injury showed up but a couple of other things did. I have signs of osteopenia which really surprised me. I am very thin and small, all of my sister have it as did my mom. They were all smokers and did not take care of themselves. I have been running and weight lifting for about 30 years now. I'm 54 and for the last 10 years I have eaten really well. I have done 38 LF and my health is very good. There was also signs of calcium build up on my ribs. Can anything be done to help that?
I am on a maint for the LF (every 6 months). I have done the dewormer for a year and on maint now. I have been drinking distilled water for almost 2 years and I take olive oil, coconut oil, flax seed and fish oil daily. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you. Gayle
