Doesn't Dr. Flechas' iodoral loading test with 24 hr urine cache pretty much prove that what the body doesn't or cannot use is simply flushed out by the kidneys??? I've been taking between 50-100 mgs of iodoral for the last year and I haven't ended up in the emergency room or morgue yet. I experienced bromide acne, frontal headaches and fatigue, but I did the salt loading protocol and the symptoms went away. When I finally started taking N-acetyl-cysteine to help my liver detox the halides the Acne cleared up faster than before and I had fewer breakouts.

I'm just curious, just how much Iodine do YOU think we need? Do you understand the concept of fluoride and bromide taking up VIRTUALLY EVERY Iodine receptor in the body? Have you seen a periodic chart of elements???? Do you grasp the concept of thyroid disease, fibrocystic breasts, breast cancer, polycystic ovaries as being caused by Iodine deficiency?
