I don't remember what else was in the capsules, just the usual bulking agents i think, they were Solgar brand.
The amino chelated ones are Boron citrate, glycinate and aspartate, Quest brand tablets, both are 3mg.

I've just been catching up on the last two days posts, I'm shocked about the Iodine ban. I've no idea what will be available in the autumn or if Lugols will still be sold here. It would be a good idea to stock up before then just in case
