OK, try any of the following:

~ hot water bottle
~ a coffee enema if you have an enema bag
~ walking around
~ massage the area
~ visualise the stones passing through
~ deep breathing
~ massage your feet and especially dig into any tender spots.

You'll get through, it's so awful at the time, but I have usually found the these post-flush mini attacks pass within 40 minutes. Hang in there!!
