What kills/inhibits Streptococci?

I have just got back my comprehensive stool analysis results and it seems I have an overgrowth of alpha-haemolytic streptococcus. I also have very little E.Coli, which I think may be related. Perhaps they compete with each other in small bowel? I am wondering if this might be an indicator of SIBO. I certainly have fermentation dysbiosis. The lab says an overgrowth of Streptococcus (and undergrowth of E.Coli) is associated with Depression and fatigue, which are my most limiting symptoms.

What I would like to do is inhibit/kill some of this Streptococcus. Someone suggested Lauricidin. One source I found said it kills Strep quite well, but not E.Coli. It's also supposed not to kill any good bacteria, but I don't believe that. Someone else says the imbalance may be because the bowel is too acidic, or maybe not enough bile.

Any ideas on how to decrease Streptococcus and/or increase E.Coli?

BTW, I also have an overgrowth of Clostridium and virtually no Bifidobacteria (in spite of taking FOS!).
