The spin of that video was to get people upset about the health care system, and want reform (such as the current reform proposition). So, while it pointed out how bad the system is, it leads the unaware into a state where they still believe the government needs to provide health care. Nowhere in the video does it mention that there is such a thing as self applied health, or natural health. It's just another way to get people up in arms and upset and feel helpless. Michael Moore is a tool.
