warts and squamous cell skin cancer

Hi my name is Katherine , a few years ago I had a small wart on my lip, got treatment freezing and was given ALdara Creme. Used it and the Aldara totally erupted all over my lip.. The dermatologist thought it was an alergic reaction and stopped the Aldara. SHe kept on freezing it and almost was cured.. then two months later came back went to two other doctors they did biposys and never conclusively gave the exact name of problem. I did not go back to the doctors and auto cured myself for a while , now two years later it got bigger and worse and am back on Aldara. It is only working on the sides a bit , and have a lot of swelling and it hurts a lot. Saw a video on HEmp oil from marijuana plant and would like to know if that would help take away the warts. The aldara is very strong and well two months into treatment is not working too well. I was also told about Lugols Iodine could help some of the warts. I dont know what else to do and so on.
