The way I look at it , when you don't bat an eye around food then you're close to done. When you don't need a drool bucket when you smell something cooking.
I really think it's a good idea to always drink full strength lemonades-2 tbl each maple/lemon. I drink one on the hour all day for a total of about 10 to 12 drinks. It really helps curb your cravings and the torturous first few days. 10 lemonades is only 1220 calories or so. Not much when an average American probably takes in 3000 per day and tons of fat to top it off. For me it's key to drink before I get the cravings.
Once in the zone of the cleanse it's real easy to under do the intake. We feel so good,we exercise, run around, then the next thing you know we've gone 4 hours w/out a lemonade...then the big crash.
