it may be worth looking into in the future but it's not worth risking even the minute chance of total blindness i think

whats your opinion on eye exercises? i have read they may be of some benefit in improving the lens

finally i'd like to say avoiding computer and LCD/TV screens is very good for the eyes although increasingly hard with todays modern world.who knows , in 30 years maybe they won't print books anymore and it will all be on a crummy e-book reader.i dread the day.
