IMHO, those symptoms are not consistent with die off. More likely an intolerance to something you are taking. Grapefruit-Seed-Extract comes to mind, as I was taking it for many months, beliveing I was having die of, but it was just that my system was not tolerant of it. The more I took, the worse it got. We think if we take more, we will have even more "die off", but in fact, taking more, just means our bodies have to deal with even more of a subtance it cannot handle.
