The way I look at it is if you don't trust them then avoid buying from them. Honey if raw will not be heated at any temperature. The flavours of honey can be as many as there is flowers which is alot; If you desire premium raw honey with a wide range of flavours like oak eucalyptus orange blossom lemon blossom, chestnut, thyme and many more I recommend buying it from the UK "pyreneeshoney.com" - I have been into some really excellent wild thyme honey and something else called cappings. Cappings are produced when they take chunks of the hive and stick in a jar - it is excllent stuff and contains honey pollen propolis perhaps even some royal jelly in there - it pretty much contains everything in the hive!
