Re: classic coke flush vs. hulda clark - great results with coke

I'm confused about this coke flush. First thing it says is to drink the coke and olive oil.... so what, do nothing beforehand? Just drink coke and olive oil some random night?

And it says to drink fresh apple juice day and night for a month AFTER you've flushed? Shouldn't that be something that you would do BEFORE you flush?

I just don't really understand... the Dr. Hulda Clark page on this site is like unmistakably precise in what you have to do but it almost looks like the coke flush assumes that you know a few things about flushing before you do it.

Are you supposed to follow Hulda Clark method and just use coke instead of grapefruit and more olive oil?
