The "White Beads" mostly come out of my scalp and upper torso. Usually I have a "biting itch" and find a small raised bump, they easily scrape off I also occasionally get them out of lesions often with granules.
I believe some of these are a parasitic worm, that is a pathogen involved in at least some Morgellons.
These white beads I believe are the "spheres" described in the Case Study done by Morgellons.org. Most of mine are about 0.5 to 1.0 millimeters long.
These "White Beads" should be differentiated from sebum http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sebaceous_gland
that can come out in similar looking plugs. These sebum plugs can easily be identified by dissolving in alcohol. parasites won't dissolve.
