Eating Kefir Grains???...

Been making homemade Milk Kefir now for about a month
Drinking about 2 pints a day. My kefir grains have
doubled twice now. I have froze two packs & still
have too many. I have read it is safe to eat them
but just wanted to confirm the info first.

I wonder how many billions of Bacteria are in a
Kefir grain?


Probably about how many an Antibiotic could kill
in a second......
