I am sure I will be judged on this, however it is an experience that I had. When I got pregnant, I just could not seem to quit smoking. That is when I switched to natural so at least I would not get the nasty chemicals.
I cut down from nearly a pack a day to about 2 to 5 per day. When I tried to quit completely my stress level went way up, and that is when my OB doctor told me that a few a day was better than a whole pack, and was also better than being so stressed.
