Do use a mixture of fresh apple juice with fresh grapefruit juice - in the past there was a message concerning efficient use.

You could try it with plan mineral water and immidiatly after drinking this ES ICHS wash your toung under running water - it is found the most profound.
I keep drinking mineral water whenever I feel and my flushes were successful.
Too I'll have my Liver-Flush on Wed night (the 6th).
