Hi Naturalpath - It's good that you are considering seeing the ND you mentioned. As James Wilson points out in his book, most NDs don't have much training in treating AF effectively. The first one I consulted didn't help me much with mine. You might want to go to your local one to get the saliva test, and help you interpret the results. I suggest you ask others on this forum to help you interpret the results.

For supplements, I suggest you add some ASAP, to help your adrenals start recovering right now. B5, B Complex, and zinc would be good ones to start with, and are easy to get. Adrenal complex capsules and adrenal drops worked great for me, but you can only get them through a ND or other alternative provider.
