Mercury Poisoning and Cures?

Hi, I'm new to this site and have been reading about mercury poisoing. I believe I have mercury poisoning due to so many fillings I have had ever since I was a kid, yes for so many years.

What can one do to cure mercury poisoning?
What are the options?
How can I find out what my mercury levels are?
