No color in water with non-magnetic stainless spoons.

I did my first two foot bath sessions yesterday and the day before. I am using a 12V dc 800mah adaptor and two spoons. Both times a could see one of the spoons leaking a red color. i tested the spoons with the magnet and found out one of them was magnetic.

I switched out the two spoons for unmagnetic stainless spoon. I am still getting the electric tingling sensation my feet, but get little to no color in the water...

am i doing something wrong here?
