Thanks ICU. That's what I was afraid of. :)

I've tried most of the things on your list and have no relief. It's larva currens I'm treating, or at least I think that's what I'm treating.

At night my feet are so itchy it drives me mad. The only thing that helps is Sore No More poultice (has arnica) and wrapping them in plastic.

However, last night I think I found what works. Safeguard paste (fenbendazole) - a whole tube mixed with 2 15 g tubes of cortisone cream. I didn't wake up once last night. First time in a long time.

Since ivermectin doesn't work on the larvae it takes an aweful lot of it, full strength, to do any good.

Can't believe I slept through the night. :)
