You can buy one pound of milk thistle seeds for $4.10.
I usually buy 3 or 4 pounds and 3 or 4 pounds of Dandelion root for making tea.

Both herbs are really great for the liver and it's hard as hell to overdose unless you drink like 5 gallons a day!
