Hello all! I'm new to fasting and am in the 9th day of a 10 day water fast. It has been very interesting indeed and I'm looking forward to any noticeable differences after my fast. I am planning to end my fast tomorrow evening and would like to know the best way to break a 10 day water fast. I've read that different lengths of fast require different types of diet afterwards and want the best advice. I did read NOTHINGBETTER's post about the diet used and it sounded very good - would this work for me? Other questions I have: Do I drink only juice for the first day? I don't have a juicer so can I use 100% juice from the store or what? When can I incorporate fruits and veggies? Salads? Meat? Dairy products? How often should I eat? Also, I plan to do either another Water Fast or try a juice fast and would like to know how long to wait? I may wait a month but want to know how soon I can do it if I decide to do it sooner. I have really enjoyed reading the post in this forum and am so thankful for the wisdom so many share. Thanks in advance for any tips and information! :)
