hi...does saw palmetto hve any side effects? hve been takin 2 tables -160 mg each...every day since 1 mnth...dont see much results...also does it cause weight gain ? is it safe to take it ..n for how long shuld one take it...im takin this for my acne..n how does it really help Acne ?
